If it’s a party on your mind…

We all love to get together with friends and families for parties. And with these events, it is usually “the more the merrier”. But with our busy lives and busy schedules, how do we plan the event? Often times we have family and friends that are willing to help, but how do we let them help while still staying in control?

Here is the answer – use PurpleTrail and TaskBin! For your party, you can use PurpleTrail to come to a consensus about the date, time and place for the party. Then, once you have that settled, you can round up people willing to help. Using TaskBin, you can create a group for your party. TaskBin gives you an organized “to-do list” for everyone helping with the party. Each person has their own list, and you can see and edit everyone’s list. You can add things to others’ lists and delegate the work that needs to be done. You can add “pick up cake” to Aunt Millie’s list, and “bring yard games” to cousin Jamie’s list. Everyone is then on the same page and know’s exactly what they need to do. TaskBin also sends summary emails to remind everyone without you having to bother with it. Now that’s what I call putting technology to use!
